The good news for the Toronto Maple Leafs is that they were able to tie up their series with the rival Boston Bruins at one game apiece with a 3-2 win on Monday night at TD Garden.

The bad news is that they’ve been without forward William Nylander for each of the first two games, leaving a considerable hole in their lineup. But there is good news to be shared.

Based on the latest update from head coach Sheldon Keefe, there is “a chance” that Nylander is able to suit up tonight in the pivotal Game 3 that is set to be played at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto

With 40 goals and 56 assists during the regular season, Nylander was a critical part of Toronto’s success.
