Rumor: Several teams involved in major trade rumor.

Earlier today we reported on rumors that Joffrey Lupul was in all likelihood done in Toronto, and now it seems that there may be something much bigger at play.

According to a report from The Fourth Period as many as 7 teams have some kind of presence at the Maple Leafs last two games, and at least one of those teams have had "significant trade talks" with the Leafs.

According to the report, the players who are currently available for trade from the Toronto side of things are defenseman Roman Polak and forwards Joffrey Lupul, Tyler Bozak and Michael Grabner.

The teams who are involved, in rumored order of interest/likelihood of a trade are the Anaheim Ducks, Tampa Bay Lightning, Montreal Canadiens, Detroit Red Wings, Arizona Coyotes, Buffalo Sabres and the Chicago Blackhawks. All of whom have had at least one representative in Toronto over the last two games.

The Fourth Period has not confirmed which players were discussed specifically, although with Anaheim at the top of the list and their current needs offensively you can draw your own conclusions.
