The Nashville Predators were favourite to win the Stanley Cup before the start of the season. Then they had such a slow start, hockey analysts around shaked their head, unable to put their fingers on what went wrong. Maybe it was just bad luck. Nevertheless, the Preds are now 7-2-1 in their last ten games and they look like nothing can stop them, not even injury... but injuries, well that's different.

Nashville confirmed they will be held without defenseman Ryan Ellis and forwards James Neal & Colton Scissons for at least their next 2 games (on the road).

Ellis has been sidelined with an upper-body injury which happened against Dallas, November 23. He missed his team's last game against Winnipeg.

James Neal exited the game against the Jets late in the third period, he scored his tenth of the season before leaving.

Colton Scissons was hit from behind by Brandon Tanev (Winnipeg) and left the game during the second period.

The Preds will be facing the Jets on November 27 and the Avalanches November 29.
