Aggressive move to the net results in horrible crash into the post.

If you're one of those people who still gets annoyed when you see a net come loose too quickly, this video might change your perspective on things.

During the Monday night match up between the Ottawa Senators and San Jose Sharks, Senators forward Mike Hoffman made an aggressive move to the net but was met by Sharks goalie Alex Stalock. Hoffman did not have the time or the space to complete his move, and instead tripped over Stalock whipping his body into the post.

There has been no update on Hoffman's condition, he left in the second period after the injury and did not return, although if we were to speculate on an injury, judging by the video his shoulder, neck and head seemed to take the brunt of the impact.
