AHL hardest shot champion Frk blasts it so hard that the puck literally gets stuck in the net

In case you missed it late last month, Los Angeles Kings forward Martin Frk blasted a record 109.2 MPH slap shot at the AHL All-Star Game Skills Competition while representing the Ontario Reign.
