This guy just can't help himself.

This probably won't go over so well in the Buffalo Sabres locker room.

After a tough loss against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday night, controversial Sabres' forward Evander Kane was the focus of a media scrum in the locker room, and he took the opportunity to be highly critical of his team.

"That's something that losing teams do and right now that's what we are."

Kane specifically chastised his teams inability to put pucks in the net, and at least as far as the numbers are concerned he's correct in his assessment.

"We've scored eleven goals in the last nine games and you're not gonna win many games if any scoring like that."

The problem of course is the source of the comments, Kane is a guy who has been a disappointment since being traded to Buffalo both on and off the ice and as a result has now been the talk of trade rumors for several weeks. To make matters worse it's pretty rich to call out your team when you've only appeared in six games, are a plus minus of -3 and have just one assists to show for all that ice time.

"If you score two goals against the Buffalo Sabres you're going to win the game."
