Another big injury for the Lightning seemingly out of nowhere.

The Tampa Bay Lightning just can't catch a break.

Despite being a participant in the Lightning's morning skate on Tuesday Tampa Bay Lightning forward Ryan Callahan will be out of the line up for tonight's game. The National Hockey League's Tom Gulitti was first to report that Callahan was suffering a lower-body injury, information that has now been officially confirmed by the Lightning themselves.

Due to Callahan's participation at the morning skate it's unclear when this injury occurred, Callahan last played on Sunday in Boston where the  Lightning suffered a four to one loss. There's been no further information on the nature of the injury and more importantly how long Callahan is expected to miss as a result.
