Another Subban Could Make It To The NHL

After P.K. and Malcolm, Jordan Subban could make the jump into the NHL.

The Vancouver Canucks struggled mightily to score goals last season. NBC Sports reports that it’s in large part due to the fact that the team got little offensive help from its defense.

Enter Jordan Subban, younger brother of Malcolm and P.K. The 21-year-old might be slightly undersized at 5’9” and 178 lbs, but he’s coming off of a career season in the AHL where he posted 11 goals and 36 points in 67 games.

Thus, Canucks president Trevor Linden is confident the young blue-liner could make the team out of training camp:

“He had a real good year last year, offensively... He’s got a great opportunity to show well here in training camp,” he told TSN 1040.

Like P.K., Jordan is a right-handed power play option.
