Earlier today, if you happened to take to Twitter you might have noticed that Ottawa Senators forward Anthony Duclair was trending worldwide. Why? He hasn’t signed a contract extension or signed overseas… no he’s trending for all the wrong reasons. Multiple Twitter users, some of whom have gone ahead to delete their accounts, have accused Duclair of sexually harassing them and then verbally abusing them once they deny his sexual advances. These alleged interactions all took place on the dating app Tinder… again allegedly.

Twitter user Vilde, who goes by @trekronorhockey, corroborated a since deleted tweet by Twitter user Vicky (Vicnasty2point0) with some pretty damning info. See the image below:

Again, there were further allegations but it seems that some users have deleted and/or retracted their statements.

Furthermore, Twitter user Vicky went on to tweet out a message stating that she was never in contact with Duclair and that the interaction she had was with an imposter.

Check it out:

Duclair has since retweeted Vicky’s post, seen by some as an endorsement of her apology.

Suffice it to say, there’s a LOT to be sorted out in this mess so we’ll reserve judgement on what anyone said or did until the truth emerges.
