Anze Kopitar has huge night in NYC!

After a disappointing loss to the Islanders the night before, The Kings bounced back and picked up the two points against the Rangers.

Anze Kopitar didn't have the best game Thursday but he definitely turned that around on Friday. He scored his 3rd career hat trick and scored the 3rd goal with only 30 seconds left in the game to tie it at 4-4. Kopitar was on his game and used his great shot to continuously put the puck in the back of the net.

He ripped his first goal top corner glove side on Rangers goalie Antti Raanta after picking the puck up behind the net, circling into the top of the right circle and firing it home. He redirected a nice pass from Milan Lucic past Raanta for his second and then with less than a minute to go in the game, he fired a shot from the right circle that deflected off Rangers defenseman Kevin Klein and ended up in the back of the net.

The best part of that was Tanner Pearson scored in overtime to give the Kings the win.
