Big developments regarding the release of Goon 2.

Back in November the official trailer for Goon 2 was released, and while we were excited about the news, our readers seemed even more pumped about it than us.

On Thursday the man behind the movie, Canadian actor and writer Jay Baruchel sat down for an interview with Chris Bumbray and gave some very important details about the release of the film. While the film is set to make it's premier tonight in Montreal Canada, there were questions about a U.S. release. 

While fans in the U.S. will have to wait a little longer than their Canadian counterparts, Baruchel actually had some great news to share for those of you who are already subscribed to Netflix.

"I can’t give you a calendar date, but, we’re coming out in limited release in the States towards the end of the summer…" began Baruchel before adding "and then also, eventually, Netflix bought us."
