It seems that the All-Star game may feature one less member of t he Chicago Blackhawks.
According to a report from Sportsnet hockey insider Elliotte Friedman there are questions regarding the availability of Blackhawks' captain Jonathan Toews following Chicago's 5-0 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday night.
Toews did not participate in the third period of the contest, and it's that fact that has raised questions about his availability. After all if he is dealing with any kind of injury it would be perfectly reasonable for Chicago to keep him out of the All-Star game.

Some question today about Jonathan Toews All-Star status...he did not play the third period of last night's 5-0 loss to CAR.
