Blackhawks Player Number One In The League

Artem Anisimov of the Chicago Blackhawks has been having a great start to the 2016-2017 NHL regular season.

He has officially been able to climb to the top of the NHL leader board as the player with the most points and goals this season.

Anisimov is in first place for goals scored with a total of 7 goals and he is tied with only one other player and it is none other than Steven Stamkos.

Anisimov is also in first place for points with a total of 13 points this season while Steven Stamkos follows right after with 12 points thus far. 

Last night the star forward added another goal and assist to his record while playing versus the Calgary Flames, a game that ended with a final score of 5-1 for the Blackhawks.

His position alongside Artemi Panarin and for now Marian Hossa has enabled him to work his way to the net and crash in some solid goals.
