The Blackhawks have inked another promising young player today, this time it's goaltender Collin Delia.

The 23-year-old goalie has signed a two-year deal good through the 2018-19 season.

So who is Collin Delia? The Rancho Cucamonga, California, native has just finished three seasons in the NCAA with Merrimack College posting a .927 save percentage, 2.60 GAA from 2014 to 2017. He was selected as a Hockey East Third Team All-Star last season for his  2.15 GAA and .927 save percentage. Delia also played two seasons for the  Amarillo Bulls of the North American Hockey League from 2012 to 2014, where he managed a 33-9-2 record with 10 shutouts.

He also won't be a new face come camp this fall, as Delia has participated in the  Blackhawks Prospects Camp in each of the last two seasons.

The Blackhawks still have Corey Crawford to rely on in net, but Delia could provide a little bit of depth behind Anton Forsberg between the pipes.
