The rosters were STACKED!

Boston University and Boston College hosted alumni hockey game for charity. The annual Battle of Comm Avenue Charity Classic raised funds for two charities. Notable players for the Boston College team included Johnny Gaudreau, Noah Hanifin and Cory Schneider. Boston University had Jack Eichel, Charlie Mcavoy and Matt O’Connor. The third annual event raised a record high $64,481.

The rivalry between Boston College and Boston University hit the ice again on Friday, July 14, for the Third Annual Comm Ave Charity Classic. The longtime rivals faced off in front of a great crowd of 2,700 strong at Walter Brown Arena on Boston University's campus.

The event raised a record $64,481, with all proceeds benefiting Compassionate Care ALS, in honor of Ron Perryman, Pete Frates, Dick Kelley and all those affects by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). In addition to Compassionate Care ALS, the Travis Roy Foundation was also a part of the event and helped out greatly in all areas of set up
