Let’s all blame Halloween… Maybe Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb was wearing some weird type of costume and was playing for the Montreal Canadiens Thursday night?!

Let us explain. The Canadiens got away with a 4-3 overtime win over the Knights in Vegas and they should thank McNabb for it.

The poor blue liner scored in his own net, not once, but twice during that game. Habs forward Jonathan Drouin was awarded a goal in the second period, all thanks to McNabb, who scored a second time against his own goalie Marc-Andre Fleury.

Fans could not believe it. Some even ask for McNabb to get scratched for next contest…

To make things worse for one of McNabb’s teammate, Max Pacioretty: the former Habs captain was on the ice when Max Domi scored the overtime winner to give Montreal the win!

Ouch all around…
