Bread Man almost miss goal in weird sequence!

Today, the Bruins and the Blackhawks were matched up in Boston. Both teams are gearing up for the Playoffs and this matchup was a good test of their mutual level of readiness. The Bruins prevailed 3-2, but one peculiar sequence caught our attention.

Late in the third, the Hawks were pressing on the Bruins deep in their territory. After being pushed by his opponent in front of the crease, Richard Panik ended up behind Khudobin, right in the net. The following sequence ensued.

Panarin almost missed the goal, with the puck bouncing off Panik's body! It could have been a case of goalie interference, but the goal was good.

With this important win, the Bruins pretty much clinched their Playoffs spot. Winning against the ever tough Hawks was an encouraging feat for Cassidy's bunch.
