BREAKING : American players drop a bomb about World Championship.

The issue of women's pay in international hockey has been dividing the hockey world for many weeks now. Women players ask for what they call a ''living wage'', so they can work on their skills full time. Actually, the players need to work full time in order to pay for their full time second occupation as hockey players. 

Anyhow, a bomb might explode in the hockey world if Hockey USA and the women lobby don't reach an agreement prior to the World Championship, to be held in less than 40 days now. Hockey agent and insider Allan Walsh revealed this today. 

The World Championship is always exciting because very competitive teams from the USA, Canada, Russia and the Scandinavian countries battle it out. If one of these pieces is missing, the show will be much less entertaining and, of course, profits will fall. Obviously, the American might initiate a movement in which players from other countries could also boycott the event themselves. Just imagine if Team Canada was to miss the tournament too. 

This new chapter in the fair pay saga is putting even more pressure on Hockey USA than before. With the NHL refusing to send its players in the next Olympics and now the guys refusing to play in support of the women, things are getting very interesting.
