BREAKING: Attacking Lines

The Detroit Red Wings (6-4-0) are in Philadelphia as they ready themselves to take on the Flyers (4-5-1) tonight at the Wells Fargo Center.

 

The Red Wings have not won in Philadelphia since 1997 (11 games), and have been outscored 48-20. The hope is that their two-game losing streak will be snapped tonight, and head coach Jeff Blashill is doing everything he can to adequately prepare his troops ahead of the matchup.

 

Yesterday, it was reported that he would not reveal any of his intentions regarding the defensemen and starting goaltender, though it appears that he will ice the following forward group which includes Henrik Zetterberg centering Tomas Tatar and Justin Abdelkader:

 

Thomas Vanek remains out of the lineup.
