Breaking: Bishop suffers from concussion following bloody injury

There was a scary moment on Friday night during the season opener between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Dallas Stars.

Stars goaltender Ben Bishop suffered a nasty looking injury in his first official game for the Stars after he took a hard shot to the head, one that made a nasty sound as it struck his mask. Bishop collapsed to the ice holding his head before removing his mask, and revealed a bloody mess. 

On Saturday, the team announced that Bishop suffers from a concussion and skated this morning. 

Fans are crossing their fingers he won't be out too long.
