It’s time for the Wild to shake up things.

If the Minnesota Wild expect to come back from down 3-0 in their first round playoff series against the St Louis Blues, they’ll need to do it with the players that got them there in the first place.

Head coach Bruce Boudreau is putting the onus on his players and making little changes to his team’s lineup, despite being down three games to none. Forwards Jordan Schroeder and Christian Folin will watch the game from the press box, but the coach stopped short of scratching any of his underperforming players like Mikael Granlund, Nino Niederreiter, Martin Hanzal, Charlie Coyle or Jason Zucker.

The only real change comes on the bench where goaltender Alex Stalock will suit up in a backup role for an ill Darcy Kuemper.

It’s unlikely that Stalock will see any action however because, despite being on the hook for all three of the Wild’s losses, starter Devan Dubnyk has posted a remarkable 1.87 GAA and .923 Sv% against the Blues.
