BREAKING : Controversy arises following game winning goal in Ottawa.

Today was the 5th game in the series between the Rangers and the Senators. Needless to say, the pivotal 5th game in a tied 2-2 series is a must win and team are pumped up for a good fight. 

Overtime finish become more and more usual in the Playoffs and today was no different. Following a slick goal very late in the 3rd, the Senators sent the game into overtime and Kyle Turris turned out to be the hero of the day. His goal was not the prettiest, but it got the job done. 

However, many people screamed for an overturning of the goal following what looked like an offside entrance in the Rangers zone. Here's the full video of the sequence. 

Although Twitter erupted in flames following what looked like a clear offside, the rules of the NHL are unequivocal on the subject. Here's the exact rule.
