Former Montreal Canadiens forward Alexander Radulov is definitely one of the most, if not THE most, coveted unrestricted free agent. Last season, the spectacular Russian has shown he still has what it takes to perform at the NHL level, after he spent the last four seasons with the CSKA Moscow, in the KHL.
According to Slava Malamud, Radulov's agent is pretty clear about what are his client's demands for a new contract:
We have yet to know where the Russian will sign, but you can take the KHL off the list of possible destinations for the 30-year-old forward:
Radu played 76 games with the Canadiens last season. He recorded 18 goals and 36 assists for 54 points, the second-highest total, after Max Pacioretty's 67 points. He also added two goals and five assists in six playoffs games.
