Breaking: Dozens of NHL players hit the waiver wire

With NHL regular season games getting underway later this week teams are making their final preparations for the upcoming season. This, of course, includes promoting and demoted players based on their preseason performance. In a lot of cases, this means that the players being demoted to the AHL will be subject to waivers and accessible to ANY team in the NHL.
