Philadelphia Flyers head coach Dave Hasktol announced a change to his lineup ahead of tonight's game against the New York Rangers, as reported on Twitter by hockey insider Sam Carchidi earlier today. Forward Tyrell Goulbourne will be out of the lineup and forward Taylor Leier will draw back in. Goulbourne player three games with the Flyers this season, without registering a point.

Drafted 117th by Philadelphia in 2012, Leier played 47 games in the NHL so far, scoring two goals and four assists for a total of six points. In 31 games played with the Flyers this season, the 23-year old forward scored one goal and three assists for a total of four points. He also added four penalty minutes. At the AHL level, the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan native scored 47 goals and 71 assists for a total of 118 points in 197 games played (regular season and playoffs included). 

Goulbourne, 23, was drafted 72nd overall by the Flyers in 2013. He played the first three games of his career in the NHL this season, without registering a point. At the AHL level, the Edmonton, Alberta native scored 14 goals and 14 assists for a total of 28 points in 132 games played (regular season and playoffs included).

The Flyers are currently seventh in the Metropolitan division with a record of 20-15-8.
