Breaking: Former first round pick agrees to a one-year deal!

22-year-old center is now off the market

As reported by the official team twitter account, the Winnipeg Jets announced they have agreed to terms with forward Marko Dano on a one-year, one-way contract with an annual value of $850,000.

Dano was originally drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round, 27th overall, at the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut in 2014. 

The 22-year-old center played 38 games with the Jets last season registering 11 points (4G, 7A) in his first full season in the organization.
