BREAKING: Forward Group Modified

Ahead of tonight’s regular season (and final) home opener at the Joe Louis Arena, the Detroit Red Wings will look to defeat a red-hot Ottawa Senators team (2-0-0) and earn themselves their first win of the season.

 

As it stands right now, the forward lines have been modified slightly, as Justin Abdelkader and Riley Sheahan will be centered by Frans Nielsen while Andreas Athanasiou continues to receive a fair chance albeit on the fourth line with Luke Glendening and Drew Miller:
