Breaking: Goalie goes down in ugly deja vu for bubble team.

This has to be seen as some kind of terrible deja vu for fans of the Ottawa Senators.

The Senators headed into the evening six points behind the Pittsburgh Penguins for a playoff spot, and they ended the night with some serious questions about the health of their goaltender Craig Anderson.

The Senators know this situation all too well, Anderson has been injured before and it has happened with the team in very similar circumstances, with the Senators in a very tough battle for a post-season. Last time they were bailed out by the incredible play of the "Hamburgler" Andrew Hammond who went on an absolute tear to push the Senators into a playoff position, and now they will be forced to rely on him again. The problem is Hammond has demonstrated nowhere near the form he did last seasonm in 13 games with the Senators this season he has recorded a save percentage of .899.

An interesting note to add here, we've included the video of the Blues broadcast because you can hear them describe the injury to Anderson as seemingly very similar to the one that sidelined Blues golatender Brian Elliotte. If this is any kind of indicator it could mean Anderson, like Elliotte, will miss some significant time in the line up.
