Breaking: Habs provide medical update on Al Montoya

The Montreal Canadiens have provided a medical update on goaltender Al Montoya. He will be out of action indefinitely with a concussion.

Many believe that Montoya suffered this injury when he received a shot from Dustin Byfuglien directly to the head when Montreal played against the Winnipeg Jets on November 4th.

Montoya posted a 2-1-0 record so far this season, with a 3.77 goals-against average and a .863 save percentage.
