Breaking: Hockey Canada announces stacked coaching line up for World Championship.

Hockey Canada has just announced an absolutely stacked coaching line up for the World Championships.

According to a breaking news report from Sportsnet insider Chris Johnston, is reporting that four current or former National Hockey League coaches will make up Team Canada's coaching staff. 

Leading the group as head coach will be Tampa Bay Lightning head coach Jon Cooper and he will be flanked by three assistant coaches in the form of Philadelphia Flyers assistant coach Dave Hakstol, former Florida Panthers head coach Gerard Gallant and former Phoenix Coyotes assistant coach Dave King.

Hockey Canada has released the following statement:

“Canada has tremendous depth in both its player and coaching pool, and we are fortunate to welcome a blend of experience and new faces to our program for this year’s IIHF World Championship,” said Tom Renney, president and CEO of Hockey Canada in a release. “This is always an exciting event that brings Canadian hockey fans together to cheer on the red-and-white, and our players have four talented coaches and leaders in this group to work with and learn from.”
