The Ottawa Senators announced earlier today that forward Mark Stone will be back in the lineup tonight to face the Toronto Maple Leafs! He missed the last ten games with a lower-body injury. Stone played his last game on January 20th. Before he got injured, the 25-year-old forward had 18 goals and 26 assists for a total of 44 points in 44 games played. 

Head coach Guy Boucher also announced that forward Derick Brassard, who missed the last two games do to an unspecified issue, will also be back in the lineup tonight to face the Leafs. He has 13 goals and 16 assists for a total of 29 points in 51 games played this season. Goaltender Craig Anderson will get the start tonight against Toronto.


The Senators are currently seventh in the Atlantic division with a record of 19-25-0.

Earlier this week, Sens owner, Eugene Melnyk, announced that he had signed general manager Pierre Dorion to a three year contract extension through the 2021-2022 season.
