Breaking: HUGE news for former NHL star Eric Lindros!

According to a breaking news report from Sportsnet insider Nick Kypreos the calls for the Hockey Hall of Fame have gone out, and one of the names that will be enshrined belongs to none other than former Philadelphia Flyer Eric Lindros.

While there have long been several arguments made against Lindros, including he's not a winner and his career was too short, but there was never any arguing that during his era, he was one of the most dominant players on the ice, if not the most dominant.

It appears that while short-lived, Lindros' dominance as an individual player have earned him Hall-of-Fame honors, and while most will probably be happy for him fans in Quebec City are likely to view this as a second slap in the face in as many weeks.
