BREAKING: Injury Report Update

Chicago Blackhawks Ryan Hartman left the ice after only two shifts during Friday night's game versus the Nashville Predators.

Blackhawks fans feared the worst when Hartman also missed out on Saturday's game against the Predators and thought the lower body injury was quite serious.

Fortunately coach Joel Quenneville announced yesterday that Hartman is doing alright and he is "day to day" for the moment.

This morning the rookie forward hit the ice for practice which is a good sign but coach Q says its unlikely that he will be lacing up for tonight's match versus the Philadelphia Flyers.
