TSN radio host Tony Marinaro took a shot at Carey Price during the NHL skills competition on Saturday night. Marinaro related to the fact that Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price started the season with a pretty bad record, and later missed some time with what was reported as chronic fatigue.

The Montreal Canadiens are having a really difficult season so far, as they are currently fifth in the Atlantic division with a record of 20-23-6. Price Himself is having a difficult year, with numbers well below what we were used to see from him since he started playing in the NHL. In 35 starts with the Canadiens so far, the 30-year old goaltender has a record of 14-17-4 with a 3.02 goal-against average and a .905 save percentage.

We understand that fans in Montreal are frustrated with the season their team is having so far, we really do. But as a member of the media community, we expect more respect and professionalism from Tony Marinaro.

What do you think? Should Marinaro have kept this kind of comment for himself?
