The Edmonton Oilers have acquired forward Mike Cammalleri from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for forward Jussi Jokinen

Cammalleri, 35, was drafted 49th overall by the Los Angeles Kings in 2001. He played 855 games in the NHL with the Kings, the Calgary Flames, the Montreal Canadiens and the New Jersey Devils, registering 620 points. In 15 games this season, he registered seven points.

Jokinen, 34, was drafted 192nd by the Dallas Stars in 2001. He played 905 games in the NHL with the Stars, the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Carolina Hurricanes, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Florida Panthers, registering 547 points. In 14 games this season, he only had a point.
