BREAKING : Lawsuit reveals dark side of Sens organization

Managing a modern hockey team is anything but easy. Beyond managing hockey as a sport, there's a lot of money and people to be hired and directed in the process. Whether it's marketing, finance, assets management or communications, a lot of people work for a NHL franchise. 

The Senators are now in hot water after a former employee introduced a lawsuit against the organization and its owner. A former executive of the team alleges he's been the victim of an unlawful termination. However, the legal documents reveal a very dark side of Eugene Melnyk's management style. 

The last part is the worst, highlighting an abusive work environment in Ottawa! To further explain the toxic culture in the front office, the executive adds that Melnyk cut a LOT in the management costs. 

Now that's embarrassing! Of course, a team owner can expect to make a few bucks with his investment and it's okay to keep costs at a minimum. However, a certain limit cannot be crossed without causing a lot of damages. We will keep you updated on this very interesting story!
