The Ottawa Senators take on the Columbus Blue Jackets Friday night, and while they will be without Zack Smith, there's a good indication he could be in Saturday when the Sens welcome the New York Islanders.
Guy Boucher stated that he hasn't settled on his lines for both Friday and Saturday - he's still trying to figure out the solution to getting his team out of this losing skid.
The Sens have lost 4 straight, dating back to November 16th and hope to turn things around as early as Friday.
Smith has been out since November 12th due to a broken thumb, and may indeed make his return in a couple of days.

Smith has 6 points in 12 games this season, all assists.
