Well, it's sad to say but future Hall of Famer Jaromir Jagr may never face the Toronto Maple Leafs again. The two Canadian teams are facing off tonight, but Calgary Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan has confirmed that the 45-year-old forward will not be in the lineup.
Jagr will be evaluated on a day to day basis with a lower-body injury. According to many, it is the same injury that remains a problem for the veteran this season.
It hasn't been the season Jagr hoped for when he returned in October for a last campaign in the NHL. The veteran has dealt with fatigue and injuries, and will now be missing his 11th game of the year.
In 17 tilts with the Flames, Jagr has amassed a goal and seven points.
