Three of the most recognizable names on the Sabres roster are available.

The Buffal Sabres made some major management changes during their offseason, and it sounds like new Sabres general manager Jason Botterill is looking to do some major house cleaning.

From The Fourth Period:

The Buffalo Sabres are believed to be holding trade talks with a number of teams about some of their players.

In addition to left wing Evander Kane, whom Sabres GM Jason Botterill has made known he's willing to trade, Buffalo is also exploring the marketplace on goalie Robin Lehner and center Sam Reinhart.

That the Sabres want to move Kane is no surprise, ownership has reportedly been very unhappy with his antics off the ice, and there were rumors one of the first orders of business for Botterill would be to find a new home for the troubled forward.

Lehner however has been the team's number one, and was reportedly discussing a new deal with former general manager Tim Murray prior to his termination. That the Sabres are now trying to trade both him and Reinhart would indicate they are looking to make a major shift in direction.

More to come.
