While the biggest move made by the Dallas Stars this summer, the acquisition of veteran goaltender Ben Bishop, is looking like one of the very best moves of the offseason for any team, another move from the Stars is starting to be a cause for concern.

The Stars gave Russian superstar Alexander Radulov a big deal worth $31.25 million over the next five years and while he has managed to produce offensively recording a goal and 3 assists in his first 9 games with the team, his is now facing a demotion from head coach Ken Hitchock,

Stars insider Mike Heika has reported that the 31-year-old veteran forward has been demoted down to the team's third line where he will play alongside Mattias Jamark and Devin Shore. Needless to say this is not the role the Stars or their fans were envisioning when Radulov signed for $6.25 million per season.

To be fair it's still very early in the season and there is plenty of time for things to turn around, however if Hitchockc continues to show a lack of faith in Radulov it could lead to a big headache for Dallas who also gave Radulov a full no-movement clause through the first 3 years of his deal.
