The rumors may now be more than just rumors.

There have been multiple reports in the past few days regarding trade rumors surrounding Arizona Coyotes starting goaltender Mike Smith, but this is the juciest morsel yet.

According to a report from TSN Insider Pierre LeBrun Smith was asked to submit his 8-team n-trade list to Arizona Coyotes management, and according to LeBrun Smith has already complied with that request.

If there was ever an indicator that Mike Smith was legitimately on the trading block, this has to be the one, and a trade could be coming very soon indeed.
