NHL Player Safety has handed out a three game suspension to Ottawa Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki his illegal head shot on Vegas Golden Knights forward Cody Eakin.

Ottawa’s Mark Borowiecki has been suspended for three games for an illegal check to the head on Vegas’ Cody Eakin.
This is the second suspension Borowiecki has received in a week, following his one game ban for an elbow to the face of Boston Bruins rookie Urho Vaakanainen.
