Breaking: Odds for the first NHL coach to be fired have been released.

Every single year in every single sport odds-makers attempt to predict which coach will be the first to be fired, and the National Hockey League is no exception.

On Thursday popular Montreal betting website Mise-O-Jeu released it's full list of the odds for NHL head coach firings, and unsurprisingly the name at the top of the list was that of Colorado Avalanche head coach Jared Bedard.

Rounding out the top five on Mise-O-Jeu's list were Detroit Red Wings head coach Jeff Blashill, New Jersey Devils head coach John Hynes, Calgary Flames head coach Glen Gulutzan and New York Islanders head coach Dough Weight

The most heavily bet name on the list however was none other than Montreal Canadiens head coach Claude Julien. While there may be some local bias playing into his position on the list it may also have to do with the fact that the Habs have gotten off to a terrible start, going 0-6, this preseason.
