Breaking: One of the Bruins' first-liner is out!
Keystone Press

The Boston Bruins have won just a game in their last six and they're having a hard time scoring goals. All of their offense seems to come from this one guy, David "Pasta" Pastrnak who's scorching hot despite his team struggles. Night in, night out, the Czech is the best player on the ice for the B's and is currently the second best goal-scorer in the leaguem behind Sidney Crosby.

Bad news, Pasta will be sidelined for at least the next two games "after undergoing a successful removal of the olecranon bursa from his right elbow, general manager Don Sweeney announced in a statement. Joe Haggerty notes that the procedure is the same one that fellow Bruin David Backes underwent earlier in the season and it sidelined the veteran for nearly two weeks." according to TheScore.

Hopefully for Pastrnak, he will be able to recover quicker than David Backes as the Bruins can not afford to lose him for two weeks right now. For now, he is expected to miss the game against the Kings (sunday) dans the Islanders (tuesday)
