Deal has been officially announced

The Sens had a very deep run in the Playoffs this year and came so close to reaching the final. Although it wasn't the year when the Cup would be brought back in Ottawa, there were still plenty of positive signs the team is moving in the right direction. GM Pierre Dorion now has decisions to make about players reaching UFA status and it's becoming a headache. If it wasn't for the expansion draft, a good part of the negotiations would be over already. However, things could get tricky pretty fast in Ottawa.
