Breaking: Panthers add big, young sniper

The Florida Panthers have announced that they’ve signed 25 year-old forward Alexandre Grenier to a one-year, two-way contract.

The 6’5”, 200 lb winger played three games with the Vancouver Canucks last season and 69 games with the team’s AHL affiliate in Utica where he tallied 17 goals and 45 points. The big man has had a productive AHL career with 175 points in 277 career AHL games and looks ready to take the next step in his career.
