Everyone, LITERALLY everyone gave their opinion on Crosby’s injury. Even two neurosurgeons invited themselves to the debate by making public comments earlier yesterday. 

In a CBC interview, both neurosurgeons were categorical on the potential consequences Crosby could face: “Crosby risks long-term damage if not fully recovered from concussion.” They stated.

Crucial games are ahead of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Crosby might be tempted to play even if he is symptomatic. On 91.9 Sports Montreal, Penguins assistant coach Jacques Martin broke the silence on Sidney Crosby’s career in the NHL. 

Martin’s been categorical: “I am certain HE WILL come back as soon as he feels ready” stated Martin.

Coming from a person close to the case, it should stop the speculations around Sidney Crosby’s career in the NHL. He should be back. Not clear when, but he will play in the NHL.
