The Winnipeg Jets will be without a model of consistency down the middle for the foreseeable future.
Mathieu Perreault has been good for 40+ points in every season he`s played with the Jets, but they`ll have to do without him, as he suffered a lower-body injury. He joins Dmitry Kulikov and Adam Lowry, who are both out with injuries.
Kyle Connor, 20, was a 17th overall pick in 2015, and has 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists) in 4 games for the Manitoba Moose in the AHL.
