The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced two roster moves on Saturday morning. 20-year-old forward Daniel Sprong was recalled from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, while young centerman Dominik Simon was sent the other way.
The organization confirmed the news on its official Twitter account:
Sprong scored three goals last night against the Hartford Wolf Pack. He helped his team record a 5-1 win. The former second-round pick played 18 games in the NHL back in 2015-16, in which he scored two goals.
In six NHL games this season, Simon registered two assists. However, he has 16 points in 20 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton,
