Breaking: Red Wings forward has demanded a trade!

One young Red Wings forward has had enough.

While we don't know exactly when the demand took place we do know that 24-year-old forward Tomas Jurco has demanded a trade from the Red Wings organization according to a report from Helen St. James of the Detroit Free Press.

Jurco has reportedly had enough of being forced to sit on the sidelines and his lack of playing time is cited as the main motivating factor behind his request for a trade. When you consider than he has only appeared in 11 games all season for the Red Wings, it's not hard to see where his frustration is coming from.

That being said Jurco failed to put up even a single point in his 11 appearances for the Wings this season, and that may have played a big part in why head coach Jeff Blashill is now hesitant to play him.
